Exciting End-of-Year Updates from Level Osteopathy!


As we approach the close of 2025, we want to share some important updates regarding our clinic schedules, appointment accommodations, waitlists, direct billing, and a warm welcome to our new team member!


At this bustling time of year, we want to remind both our current and new patients just how busy things can get at our clinics. To better serve you, we are extending our hours on select days, but spots fill up quickly due to our online booking system. We encourage everyone to schedule their follow-up appointments in advance to stay on top of your health!


To our new patients: we’re thrilled to introduce our online waitlist function! While we encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist, we recommend booking an appointment ahead of time as well. Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis through our online portal, so we cannot guarantee an earlier spot will open up. This way, you can secure your initial appointment while keeping an eye out for any earlier openings.


For our current patients seeking special arrangements, we strive to accommodate you whenever possible. However, with many extended health benefit plans renewing in January, it may become more challenging to fit in those extra appointments. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to make the most of your health benefits while being mindful of our clinic hours.


We are excited to share that we are fully integrated with E-Telus Claims, allowing us to direct bill to most providers listed below. If your provider is not included, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork for reimbursement. We recommend paying upfront for your appointments to avoid any potential hiccups with insurance, ensuring that we maintain our schedule for all patients. Please let us know if your plan has any coverage limitations or deductibles so we can invoice you correctly.


As a reminder, Level Osteopathy adheres strictly to all billing and insurance guidelines set forth by CLIHA. We are committed to maintaining integrity in all our claims.


And last but definitely not least, we are thrilled to announce the addition of the wonderful Catherine to our team! Catherine joined us as a part-time administrative assistant and community contact in October. Currently completing her undergraduate studies in kinesiology and pursuing graduate studies in sports psychology, she brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our clinic. Catherine will be in the lobby on Fridays, ready to assist with calls, emails, scheduling inquiries, and direct billing while we focus on providing top-notch clinical care.
